Fed up with all the junk food my son gets fed (not by me), I created this short video, "How Much Sugar?", to illustrate the insane amounts of sugar Americans eat. Filmed by my husband with our 1999 camcorder, it's not going to win any Oscars, but has managed to go quasi-viral and, hopefully, helped raise awareness about this public health crisis.
